els cereals d'una altra manera

A la Mariona no li agraden les farinetes, però menja molt bé tot els que siguin trossets. Per això he pensat que li podria donar els cereals d'una altra manera. Aquí venen alguns productes per a nens a base de cereals i potser miro de comprar algunes galetes sense sucre, però pensava que potser el millor seria fer jo mateixa les galetes. Jo que sé, provar alguna cosa tipus ou, llet i cereals i a veure què surt. Algun suggeriment?

Quina quantitat de cereals haurien de menjar al dia? potser m'estic preocupant per res. És que jo mai he mesurat el que li dono. Si ella s'ho menja tot, la propera vegada n'hi poso més i així vaig fent.

A mi tambien me interesa,Maia creo que ya esta cansada de los cereales siempre igual,por la mañana como no quiere ni bibi,ni papilla,le doy un yogurth y una galleta maria,que evidentemente no se come y es super divertido jugar con ella,por la noche,la papilla,pero le cuesta muchisimo,y me gustaria ver como se la dais vosotras,en caldo tambien podria y añadirle semola para cenar no?o alguna cosa asi digo yo

Anna 2007, ja tenia en compte el que tu deies. La Mariona menja pa amb oli cada dia i alguna altra cosa que també són cereals, però tot i així em semblava que si només havia de dependre d'això, era molt poc. Ara ja torna a menjar cereals en forma de farinetes. Tot i així, veig que moltes parleu de 120/150ml i abans d'ahir vaig mirar a què equival això (jo li dono tot amb cullera) i vaig veure que com a molt arribem als 60ml.

Al protocol de la Generalitat recomanen que mengin fruita, verdura, cereals i làctics cada dia. Ara la Mariona em menja la fruita crua, però com que no té dents va molt a poc a poc i no en menja gaire. De la frutia al vapor no en vol saber res. Potser provaré de barrejar-li amb el iogurt, a veure com va.

Gràcies per les respostes. Ara tinc una altra preocupació , però com que menjar, alguna cosa de fruita menja, estic tranquil·la.
